Voteen In-App Purchase Agreement

This In-App Purchase Agreement (the ‘Agreement’) is between you and Voteen and governs your use of this app’s in-app purchases. By purchasing in-app services or products, you agree to this Agreement.

Services

Voteen offers a membership service for purchase. This membership includes access to additional features and content that are exclusive to members.

Payment

Payment for in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, depending on your device. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your Voteen account.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a billing error. If you believe that Voteen has charged you in error, you must contact Voteen at [email protected] within 30 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 30 days old.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all in-app purchases made through your Voteen account. Voteen is not responsible for any unauthorized purchases.

Company Responsibilities

Voteen is responsible for providing the in-app services and products as described in the app.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the app and its in-app purchases are also subject to Voteen’s Privacy Policy.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country.
